Marketing Request for Proposals - Tecumseh Area Partnership, Inc., the Regional Operator for Alliance 4 Advancement (West Central Indiana Region 4 Workforce Board), and workforce development (WorkOne System) in West Central Indiana, is seeking proposals from qualified, experienced marketing and public relations entities to develop an overall marketing and public relations strategy.
